Fortified Frozen Meals
For my Major Design Project, I have developed a sustainable food company called ‘Simply Sufficient’ that provides frozen gourmet meals to my target market, adults and teenagers who are deficient in three out of the top five deficiencies within Australia (Iron, Vitamin D or Zinc). My service offers weekly deliveries of these meals, which are specifically fortified with foods containing the related mineral or vitamin. Ultimately, this aims to provide individuals with a means of food supply catered to their dietary needs, especially if they do not have knowledge on what foods to eat or if they do not have the time or skills to cook meals themselves. As there is currently no company providing frozen meals for multiple deficiencies within the top five minerals and vitamins, the need for this within Australia is highly necessary and relevant. My service would change the lives of many citizens through the health benefits the meals provide and the time it would save.
