Improving the Function and Aesthetics of Badminton Design
For my Major Design Project, I have redesigned a range of female Badminton outfits. My project aims to improve Badminton-wear for female athletes, as I have experienced the need for more movement and heard many issues from others about the need for a change in the function and aesthetics of the clothing. My design resolves the problem of the lack of freedom of movement in Badminton-wear and the ‘feminist’ appearance frequently appearing in the media.
